Atlanta Basement Systems Before & After Photos

In Grayson, Georgia, as seen in the photos, we addressed a damp crawl space threatening future harm to the homeowner's property. The initial photo showcases the water issues that were set to escalate into a problem if left untreated. Our resolution involved the installation of our SuperSump sump pump, along with the CleanSpace encapsulation system. Complemented by the power of the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and the IceGuard discharge system, we efficiently transformed the space into a dry and healthy part of the home. These components ensure continued moisture management and protection, safeguarding the home's foundation.

This homeowner wanted to protect their home and investments so they wanted to waterproof their basement. To do this Ken and his crew went out the home to install a custom waterproofing solution. This solution included WaterGuard drainage along with a TripleSafe sump pump, LawnScape, CleanSpace, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This homeowner also opted to install an Aspen Air System. All the components work together to keep moisture out of the air and out of the basement.  

An EZ-Flow perimeter drainage system was installed around this customer's crawl space to capture and drain water to the sump pump system to be pumped out and away from the home's foundation.  

Humidity won't be a problem for this customers crawl space with the SaniDry Sedona dehumidification system installed! 

After Waylon, our Resident Sales Pro, did an inspection of this crawl space he noticed some serious foundation support issues. His suggestion was to install multiple SmartJacks, along with a supplemental beam. SmartJacks are great for crawl spaces because they can be easily adjusted to fit into any space. They're installed on a solid base of engineered fill so that they don't sink over time. After talking the homeowner through the problems and how we can fix them, he scheduled a date for us to install the SmartJacks. Now this homeowner can have peace of mind, not having to worry about their floors or foundation.
