An untreated moisture problem caused sagging floors for this customer. To solve their problem, we encapsulated the space to ensure it remain dry and installed SmartJack Support Posts to lift and stabilize the floors permanently. 

Kirk reached out to us after experiencing a pretty heavy flood in his basement. While one of our System Design Specialists was out their for a free estimate, he discovered that water was seeping in through the walls. In order to fix this issue we installed the CleanSpace Wall System to create a vapor barrier. Water that got in through the walls was directed down by the CleanSpace to the WaterGuard drainage system we installed. We also installed a TripleSafe pump system to efficiently pump water out of the WaterGuard drains. Since the completion of installation, Kirk has been very satisfied with his basement staying dry all the time!

This concrete slab was severely cracked and uneven in multiple areas. In order to correct this problem our crew used PolyLevel Injection Foam to lift the concrete and level it out. Then they filled in the cracks with the NexusPro solution. Now the concrete looks better and is easier to use!

In Commerce, Georgia, a homeowner faced an issue with a sinking and uneven driveway and stairs, risking both safety and property value. The floor joists of the crawl space had rotted out, and were compromising the structural integrity of the home. The SmartJacks are steel beams that are placed and they help to stabilize and level out the home.
