Atlanta Basement Systems Before & After Photos

In Farmington, a homeowner faced persistent water intrusion in their basement, as shown in the before photo. We addressed the problem by installing our trusted WaterGuard drainage system, complemented by the efficient SuperSump, reliable IceGuard, and protective CleanSpace liner. These expertly combined components effectively captured and redirected water away from the foundation, resulting in a transformed, dry environment. The after photo showcases a clean, secure, and moisture-free basement—demonstrating our commitment to providing reliable waterproofing solutions designed to prevent future water intrusion and increase home integrity.

In order to prevent outside moisture from entering the crawl space, the crew installed a vapor barrier, an interior drainage system, a sump pump, and a crawl space dehumidifier. Using a support jack system, the crawl space was stabilized. 

An interior drainage system, WaterGuard, was installed around the perimeter of the basement walls to collect water that seeps through the walls and drain it to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The water is then safely removed from the home through an external discharge line. 

Our customer in Athens, GA who had a sagging floors throughout their home, soft spots in the floors, and sheet rock cracks in their walls. All classic signs of an unstable crawl space. They called Atlanta Basement Systems and we visited the home and check it out. Upon inspection we noticed there were issues with the floor joists, causing the sagging symptoms the customer noticed upstairs. Using our patented SmartJack® Crawl Space Stabilizer, our Foreman Aaron and crew were able to lift and stabilize the crawl space, addressing and resolving all the concerns with their crawl space. Now the homeowner can live in their home with solid floors and home on stable ground. 

By using the PolyLevel System, Atlanta Basement Systems was able to lift the sunken concrete to the flat, desired level.
