Concrete Slab Lift in Carnesville, Ga

This slab had sunken significantly over time, causing separation from the slab and wall. In order to fix this, we used PolyLevel Injection Foam between the slab and ground to raise it. PolyLevel can be installed quickly, and discretely. And it keeps your slab from sinking again!

Crawl Space Encapsulation in Eastanollee, Georgia

In Eastanollee, our team at Atlanta Basement Systems addressed a mold issue in a homeowner’s crawl space. In the before photo, notice how dampness led to mold development, affecting the home’s air quality and structural integrity. We installed the CleanSpace® encapsulation to prevent moisture and mold, outperforming typical materials you see elsewhere. This transformation showcases our commitment to promoting safer and healthier homes through comprehensive crawl space repair.

Crawl Space Encapsulation in Madison, Georgia

Shortly after moving into this home, the homeowners noticed some issues with their crawl space. They wanted to reduce the damage and prevent future problems from arising so they scheduled a free inspection to see what could be done. After Trey,, one of our System Design Specialists, performed his inspection, he found that excessive moisture in the crawl space was damaging the wooden supports, causing the floor to dip in some areas.

To fix this, we had to first encapsulate the crawl space so that moisture and humidity could no longer get in and damage the foundation. This meant sealing off the vents, installing the CleanSpace encapsulation system, and installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Then the SmartJack support system was installed to stabilize the beams.

Now this crawl space and home are safer, protecting this family and their investment in their home.

Concrete Sidewalk Repair in Ila, Ga

This homeowner has a pool in their backyard, and not only was the pool deck facing concrete issues, but the sidewalk leading to the pool had large cracks, and areas where the concrete was separating. To fix this, Caleb and his crew used NexusPro Crack Repair, to fill in the cracks and seal off the concrete that was all cracked and separated. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant, and it will not deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. It is also water and wash-out proof, and it will keep the soil below the concrete safe and prevent damage.
