This meant sealing off the vents, installing the CleanSpace encapsulation system, and installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Then the SmartJack support system was installed to stabilize the beams.

This homeowner has a pool in their backyard, and not only was the pool deck facing concrete issues, but the sidewalk leading to the pool had large cracks, and areas where the concrete was separating.
