Crawl Space Encapsulation in Colbert, Georgia

This homeowner had recently moved in to his home and he was working on some renovations. On his list of things to do was to get new floors installed. While he was getting a quote for the new floors, the floor salesman pointed out the humidity and moisture in the crawl space. Wanting to protect his new home, the owner gave us a call. After meeting with one our System Design Specialists, a plan was created to keep this crawl space dry and clean. In order to encapsulate the space, Josh and his crew cleaned out any debris and prepped for installation. They sealed off any crawl space vents from the inside, to keep outside air out. Once they were finished with sealing off the crawl space, they added CleanSpace to the floors and walls and they wrapped the bottom of the piers as well. The CleanSpace creates an anti-microbial moisture barrier that prevents water from getting into the air in the crawl space. The final touch was installing a SaniDry Sedona to control the relative humidity. Josh and his crew did an amazing job fixing up this crawl space!

Stabilization and Waterproofing in Eatonton, Georgia

In Eatonton, Georgia a homeowner facing bowing walls and moisture issues turned to us for a professional basement waterproofing solution. As visible in the before photo, the basement walls showed signs of structural stress. Our expert team resolved this by installing CarbonArmor® for permanent stability. We added WaterGuard® drainage for effective water management and the TripleSafe™ sump pump for protection. These combined solutions deliver a dry, stable basement, providing peace of mind and confirmed reliability for our satisfied client.

Basement Repair in Arnoldsville, Georgia

This basement had cracks in the foundation walls, along with areas of water intrusion. In order to fix the wall, we installed Carbon Armor to easily stabilize the wall. Then we put up the CleanSpace Wall System over the Carbon Armor. This gives the basement an aesthetically pleasing appearance, while also protecting it from moisture. Because moisture is often a reason for damage to foundations, we also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to fully protect the space from water and humidity.
