Atlanta Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Wyatt called us out to his home in Lavonia, Georgia because his basement had 3 minor floods this year. He currently uses his basement for storage so he had a lot of personal items down there that were getting ruined by the water getting in. Arthell performed a free inspection of the basement and then created a custom plan to waterproof the basement. 

For this home, Ken and his team installed a full waterproofing system. They put in the WaterGuard drainage system which worked together with a TripleSafe sump pump to quickly remove any water from the basement. They also installed CleanSpace drainage and liner to protect the walls from moisture. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was placed in the basement and an Aspen Air System was installed upstairs in the home to keep the air clean and dry. 

Now Wyatt's basement looks great and is guaranteed to stay dry!

This driveway was cracked and uneven, causing an unsightly appearance  along with being a major tripping hazard to the homeowner. To fix this George and Caleb used PolyLevel Injection Foam to slowly raise the slab with polyurethane. Once the slab is lifted and level, they then filled the cracks with NexusPro. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that can resist UV rays and stand up to harsh weather. Now this driveway looks better, is safer, and will last longer!

This homeowner reached out to us because they had seen the work we had previously done. After getting a free inspection by David, one of our System Design Specialists, the homeowner wanted to get his crawl space waterproofed and encapsulated. To do this, Devon and his crew put in EZ-Flow drainage and then wrapped the floors and walls with CleanSpace. They also had sealed all the crawl space vents, and then added a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Now this crawl space is protected from moisture and mold!

This customer was dealing with a very humid and moist crawl space. To fix this issue for this customer, Juan and his crew went to the home and encapsulated the crawl space. To encapsulate it, they used CleanSpace, SilverGlo and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. With the three of these it not only provides a barrier between the crawl space and the outside Earth. The SilverGlo provides insulation and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is going to not only keep the air in crawl space dry, but it keeps it dry and clean as it circulates throughout the home. This customer was left thoroughly pleased with the results.

Recently, a homeowner in Stephens called in with concerns of a damp and humid crawlspace. This causes concerns for the integrity and safety of the home, so as a company we knew that we wanted to get these concerns ironed out for this homeowner. To rid the concern, Josh and his crew installed CleanSpace, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and an EverLast Door in the crawlspace. All of these pieces combined ensure that this crawlspace will stay dry, and will not cause any further issues for the homeowner. The homeowner was pleased and we were glad to restore that peace of mind.
