Due to uneven floors and visible cracks on the walls, this customer was concerned about the structural integrity of their foundation. In order to provide permanent support, stabilization, and to help lift it back to its original position, we installed SmartJack crawl space support posts. 

This customer's basement fell victim to a moisture intrusion problem. To solve this issue, we installed our high-performance TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard interior perimeter drainage system. The TripleSafe sump pump is designed to provide constant and reliable pumping power, even when the power goes out. The WaterGuard system collects any water that seeps through the walls and directs it to the sump pump, which pumps it away from the house, preventing moisture intrusion.

This customer was dealing with a moist and humid crawl space, which was leading to mold growing on the wood in the space. Once mold begins to grow in the crawl space, this is allowing impure air to filter throughout your home. This can lead to many different health issues for the family, and once mold begins to grow, this can lead to further issues with wood rot. This customer knew they needed to get this issue fixed in their crawl space. To rid the mold before the encapsulation, we used soda blasting, which remediates the mold and gets it out of the space, leaving the crawl space clean and to filter throughout the home.
