This homeowner in Armuchee, Georgia noticed that their crawl space was very moist and was leaking some when it rained. They did not want to keep worrying about the moisture or damage from it so they were looking for a reputable company to do the work. After meeting with one of our System Design Specialists, they decided that Atlanta Basement Systems could provide them with a permanent solution.

To ensure a dry crawl space we fully encapsulated the space with CleanSpace Drainage Matting and Liner. This keeps the moisture from getting into the crawl space and air. Additionally, we installed an EZ-Flow drainage system, which discreetly collects water that gets in through the walls and then pumps it out through the TripleSafe sump pump. The other components to waterproof the crawl space included installing a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and sealing the crawl space vents. 

Now this homeowner no longer has to worry about a damp crawl space!

In Esom Hill, a homeowner faced significant issues with mold, musty odors, and sagging floors due to moisture in their crawl space. The before photo captures these challenges, driven by excess humidity and mold growth, affecting the home's upper levels. This crawl space had suffered from excess moisture and humidity, needing a complete transformation. To resolve the issues, Josh and his crew installed CleanSpace, Drainage Matting, sealed off the vents and left a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. With all of these installed together in this crawl space, it encapsulates the space, and closes it off from the outside of the home. This ensures that no moisture or humidity can infiltrate the crawl space, leaving it back in the same issues from prior. This customer was pleased with the results.

This crawl space was dirty and humid and needed a makeover. To fix it up, Devon and his crew first removed all the debris from the crawl space and then sealed the vents from the inside. Once that was done they were able to install the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system and wrap the bottom of the piers. This gives the crawl space a clean, bright appearance but it also creates a vapor barrier to protect the space from moisture and mold. Additionally, they installed a SaniDry Sedona to control the relative humidity and filter the air.  Now the crawl space looks amazing and is guaranteed to stay dry!
