This crawl space was facing water intrusion and it was leading to mold growing in the space. They also installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the air clean and dry for the health of those living in the home. Before summer got started, this homeowner wanted to fix up his cracked concrete pool deck. He didn't like the appearance of it and the cracks were a major tripping hazard. To remove the mold, Justin went in and did the soda blasting and then Devon and his crew was able to waterproof the crawl space to prevent future mold growth. For the waterproofing, they installed CleanSpace to create a vapor barrier and they also sealed off the crawl space vents.
