This crawl space had suffered from excess moisture and humidity, needing a complete transformation. To resolve the issues, Josh and his crew installed CleanSpace, Drainage Matting, sealed off the vents and left a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. With all of these installed together in this crawl space, it encapsulates the space, and closes it off from the outside of the home. This ensures that no moisture or humidity can infiltrate the crawl space, leaving it back in the same issues from prior. This customer was pleased with the results.

This homeowner in Armuchee, Georgia noticed that their crawl space was very moist and was leaking some when it rained. They did not want to keep worrying about the moisture or damage from it so they were looking for a reputable company to do the work. To ensure a dry crawl space we fully encapsulated the space with CleanSpace Drainage Matting and Liner. This keeps the moisture from getting into the crawl space and air. Additionally, we installed an EZ-Flow drainage system, which discreetly collects water that gets in through the walls and then pumps it out through the TripleSafe sump pump. The other components to waterproof the crawl space included installing a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and sealing the crawl space vents. 

Now this homeowner no longer has to worry about a damp crawl space!

After a big storm, this homeowner noticed that water was coming in from the bottom of the wall in his basement. It had not caused any damage yet, but he wanted to have work done, to prevent it from ever causing damage to his home. To ensure damage was never done, we installed CleanSpace, WaterGuard and the TripleSafe sump pump. With the three of these installed in this basement, this homeowner had the peace of mind in knowing that during the next big rain storm, his basement will stay dry the whole time.

This driveway was extremely uneven and cracked and the homeowner wanted to fix it, without completely replacing the driveway. Concrete removal and installation is very pricey and time-consuming, so they wanted a more efficient solution. To do this, one of our crews used the PolyLevel System. PolyLevel uses the expanding polyurethane foam to raise the concrete back to the desired level. But it is still lightweight and won't sink over time. Additionally, the crew used Nexus Pro to fill the cracks in the concrete. Now the driveway is lifted and looks great!

To stabilize and level the sagging and bouncy floor above the crawl space, SmartJack Support Posts were installed.
