Gene W. has been living in her home in Bremen, Georgia for almost 7 years, but last month she came home to a two foot puddle of water covering her basement. Concerned about water damage and mold growth, Gene reached out to Atlanta Basement Systems after getting referred by her plumber. In an effort to minimize future damage, Gene wanted to get the work completed as quickly as possible.

After meeting with Gene and addressing the issues she was facing, Clarke decided the best solution was to install the WaterGuard drainage system, along with installing a TripleSafe pump. The TripleSafe includes battery backup, so Gene doesn't have to worry about flooding even during heavy storms when she loses power.  Additionally, the CleanSpace Wall System was installed to further protect the basement from moisture and mold. 

Gene can now enjoy her dry basement, without having to worry about water ever getting in again!

This home had multiple areas of concern that indicated floor settlement and also separation from the floor. In order to solve these issues, multiple SmartJacks were installed to permanently stabilize the floors. For this home, 8 SmartJacks were installed along with some supplemental beams. Over time the SmartJacks can be gradually raised to lift the floor back to the proper height without over lifting the floor. 

This customer was dealing with an extreme case of unlevel and cracked concrete in the driveway of their home. Not only was this causing safety issues, but it is also an eyesore when looking at the home. We were able to send out one of our renowned concrete repair crews, and they got this issue all situated for this customer. Using PolyLevel and NexusPro crack repair, they turned this unsafe and not good looking driveway into a safe and easy on the eyes area. Once all was finished, this customer was left thoroughly pleased with the results, and had the peace of mind in knowing that the concrete was structurally sound.

This homeowner was dealing with a wet crawl space in their home, and here at Atlanta Basement Systems, we know this is a serious issue and we wanted to get it fixed for them. Jaime and his crew encapsulated the crawl space using CleanSpace and drainage matting, to allow the water to drain under the liner, keeping the crawl space dry. They also installed the SaniDry Sedona to keep this crawl space dry and allow clean air to circulate through the home. To return the sound structural integrity to the home, they installed SmartJacks and Helical Piers. These brought stability back into the foundation of the home, and gave the customer peace of mind.

This homeowner wanted to fix their driveway and front sidewalk because there were multiple cracks and areas that were uneven and out of level. In order to fix this, we used PolyLevel Injection foam to raise the concrete back to the proper height. Then to fill the cracks we used the NexusPro Solution. Now the concrete looks better and is easier to walk on!
