This homeowner reached out to us here at Atlanta Basement Systems voicing concern with his concrete driveway. Not only was it deteriorating the appeal of the driveway, but it was causing safety concerns. Here we have amazing concrete repair crews, and knew that we would be able to get this issue sorted out for this homeowner. To repair the driveway, and give this homeowner his peace of mind back, we used PolyLevel, NexusPro and our concrete protection system. PolyLevel helps to lift and the level the concrete, NexusPro seals all of the cracks not allowing water infiltration and the concrete protection system protects and stabilizes the concrete, providing a long-lasting, durable solution. This customer was left happy with the results, and was glad that he no longer had a bumpy ride to his home daily.

This homeowner gave us a call because they were tired of their sagging floors in their kitchen and around the island. She was already planning on redoing her floors, so she decided this was a great time to go ahead and fix the foundational issues as well. After receiving an inspection and estimate, she asked us to return to the house to do the work.  In order to fix the sagging, we installed 5 SmartJacks, along with steel shims and a sister joist. SmartJacks can be easily installed in a day, and they are installed without over lifting the foundation. 

This homeowner in Adairsville, Georgia, faced significant water intrusion in their basement. We integrated a WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafe Sump Pump to efficiently discharge water. Paired with CleanSpace for moisture management and the SaniDry Sedona for humidity control, their basement is now clean and dry. This driveway was extremely uneven and cracked and the homeowner wanted to fix it, without completely replacing the driveway. Concrete removal and installation is very pricey and time-consuming, so they wanted a more efficient solution. To do this, one of our crews used the PolyLevel System. PolyLevel uses the expanding polyurethane foam to raise the concrete back to the desired level. But it is still lightweight and won't sink over time. Additionally, the crew used Nexus Pro to fill the cracks in the concrete. Now the driveway is lifted and looks great!

This home had multiple areas of concern that indicated floor settlement and also separation from the floor. In order to solve these issues, multiple SmartJacks were installed to permanently stabilize the floors. For this home, 8 SmartJacks were installed along with some supplemental beams. Over time the SmartJacks can be gradually raised to lift the floor back to the proper height without over lifting the floor.
