Atlanta Basement Systems Before & After Photos

In Roopville, Georgia, before the completion of our work, moisture and unstable walls were significant concerns for this homeowner. The photo highlights the initial problematic state often caused by insufficient basement systems. Our solution involved the installation of our advanced WaterGuard drainage, TripleSafe Sump Pump, IceGuard, CleanSpace encapsulation, and PowerBrace systems. These additions have permanently stabilized the basement walls and fortified the space against moisture infiltration. This homeowner wanted to fix their driveway and front sidewalk because there were multiple cracks and areas that were uneven and out of level. In order to fix this, we used PolyLevel Injection foam to raise the concrete back to the proper height. Then to fill the cracks we used the NexusPro Solution. Now the concrete looks better and is easier to walk on!

This homeowner gave us a call because they noticed a musty odor in their home that they suspected was coming from their crawl space. After one of our System Design Specialists did an inspection, he found that the crawl space was damp and mold was growing in a couple of places, causing the odor. One of the children living in the home was already dealing with asthma and allergies, so this homeowner wanted to get his basement fixed as quickly as possible to protect his home and family. In order to fix this crawl space, we installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier encapsulation system, along with WaterGuard drainage, and a TripleSafe sump pump. All of these components will work together to keep moisture out of the crawl space, and the CleanSpace vapor creates a layer of non-organic material, so it will never facilitate the growth of mold. This driveway got a total makeover to fix it and protect it from further damage. First, the driveway was leveled with PolyLevel to make it a nice even surface. Then the joints were sealed with NexusPro Joint Sealer and finally NexusPro Crack Repair was installed to repair the cracks. This will ensure that the concrete is protected from water reducing further damage to the concrete in the future.

This customer was experiencing a massive influx of water leakage into their basement, and knew that they needed to do something to resolve the issue before it got any worse.
