Moisture in this customers crawl space resulted in the floors above to sag. For a permanent solution to level and stabilize the floors, we installed SmartJack Support Posts with a steel supplemental beam. 

This homeowner reached out to us because he was putting his house on the market and wanted to get a few things fixed first. Russell Bush, a part of our Real Estate Response Team, went out to the home and preformed a free inspection to see how we could help. He noticed that the crawl space wasn't properly encapsulated and very humid.
