This homeowner reached out to us because he was putting his house on the market and wanted to get a few things fixed first. Russell Bush, a part of our Real Estate Response Team, went out to the home and preformed a free inspection to see how we could help. He noticed that the crawl space wasn't properly encapsulated and very humid. Russell's recommendation was to use the CleanSpace system to encapsulate the crawl space and then install a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
