Not only was it deteriorating the appeal of the driveway, but it was causing safety concerns. PolyLevel helps to lift and the level the concrete, NexusPro seals all of the cracks not allowing water infiltration and the concrete protection system protects and stabilizes the concrete, providing a long-lasting, durable solution. This customer gave us a call here at Atlanta Basement Systems wanting to get their front stoop and driveway concrete replaced. This homeowner has sagging floors due to poor support in the crawl space. After meeting with one of our System Design Specialists and learning about our SmartJacks, the home owner asked us to stabilize their foundation. To do this, our crew installed 6 SmartJacks in the crawl space. These jacks are easily adjustable so they can be installed quickly in crawl spaces. They sit on sturdy bases so they don't sink further into the ground like concrete blocks do. After finalizing the work, the homeowner was very happy with how supported their floors are!

The homeowners goal was to permanently stabilize the floor system with a focus on lifting the drop/sagging the the floor above their garage. To lift the floor to its original position we installed 2 SmartJack support posts at each end of their LVL beam.
