This customer called about a cracked an unlevel driveway which is not only an eyesore, but also a hazard. We were able to send out one of our skilled concrete repair crews and they were able to fix these issues for this customer quickly. With the use of PolyLevel and NexusPro, the concrete was turned into an un-cracked and level surface for this home again. These two together helped to lift and stabilize the concrete, while sealing the cracks for a smooth surface. These also provide the reliable and long lasting solution that this homeowner was looking for. Leaving this driveway appealing and safe, this customer was left thoroughly pleased with the results. 

Before we got there, the crawl space was unenclosed, dirty, and damp. To fix this, we installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system. To do this all debris has to be removed and then the vents have to be sealed. Next, the drainage matting is laid down and the liner is put on top of it. Then the crew has to carefully wrap the bottom of the piers with the liner. To finish off this crawl space, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to control the relative humidity in the air. Now the crawl space is clean, bright, and dry!

This home had just been bought when the owner discovered that mold was growing in their crawl space. After a free inspection with Trey, he created a plan to remove all the mold and then build a system that would prevent mold from being able to grow in the future. To remove the mold, Justin went in and did the soda blasting and then Devon and his crew was able to waterproof the crawl space to prevent future mold growth. For the waterproofing, they installed CleanSpace to create a vapor barrier and they also sealed off the crawl space vents. A SuperSump was installed to pump any water out and then a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to control the relative humidity and filter out the air. This customer was facing the issue of an un-level driveway. He was also noticing cracks in his driveway and this can be bad for many different reasons. When there are cracks or voids in the concrete this can allow water to get in. When water seeps into the cracks it saturates the soil and this can lead to wash-out which will disrupt the structural integrity of the concrete, which can lead to foundation problems. Cracks in the concrete are natural and typically unavoidable because of the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete throughout the change of seasons and temperatures. However, with our NexusPro crack repair and PolyLevel, cracks and un-level concrete will never be something you have to worry about again, even during the contraction and expansion. That is exactly what we did for this customer, and he was pleased. The NexusPro crack repair is a silicone-based sealent that is placed in the cracks and prevents water from infiltrating the concrete, affecting the soil underneath. This is a fast-curing option that will also hold up during any season change. PolyLevel is our durable foam, made up of structural grade polymers. It is injected into the concrete through small holes that are drilled in, and it is water and wash-out proof. The PolyLevel does not add any weight, and it can lift and level the concrete to the desired height. 

This slab had sunken significantly over time, causing separation from the slab and wall. In order to fix this, we used PolyLevel Injection Foam between the slab and ground to raise it. PolyLevel can be installed quickly, and discretely. And it keeps your slab from sinking again!
