To fix this issue, and give this customer peace of mind in their home, Jaime and his crew installed SmartJacks into the crawl space. The SmartJacks are installed and tightened in place to immediately lift and stabilize the foundation. We sealed the crawl space to prevent air leaks, insulated the walls with SilverGlo Insulation, covered the crawl space floors and walls with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and conditioned the air using a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to resolve this moisture issue. 

To maintain a healthy home environment, controlling moisture levels in the crawl space is essential. CleanSpace vapor barrier blocks moisture from evaporating into the crawl space, reducing heat loss and keeping it dry.
