In Felton, a homeowner faced a humid crawl space where mold was growing, a common issue that compromises indoor air quality and structural integrity. This driveway was extremely uneven and cracked and the homeowner wanted to fix it, without completely replacing the driveway. Concrete removal and installation is very pricey and time-consuming, so they wanted a more efficient solution. To do this, one of our crews used the PolyLevel System. PolyLevel uses the expanding polyurethane foam to raise the concrete back to the desired level. But it is still lightweight and won't sink over time. Additionally, the crew used Nexus Pro to fill the cracks in the concrete. Now the driveway is lifted and looks great!

To stabilize and level the sagging and bouncy floor above the crawl space, SmartJack Support Posts were installed. 

Foundation Push Piers are designed to be driven deep into the soil, where they will reach stable soils layers that are less susceptible to movement. The piers lift the foundation back to its original level, restoring the structural integrity and stabilization of the home. This hole is then backfilled with soil, leaving a clean, untouched appearance.
