This home had some areas that were out of level and uneven. During his inspection Waylon saw some concerns, like a wall crack,  that demonstrated that the foundation needed lift and better support. In order to address these concerns, Isaiah and his crew removed all the debris from the crawl space and then installed SmartJacks. The SmartJack system uses corrosion-resistant steel that won't rust. Additionally, the posts are installed on sturdy bases that won't continue to settle over time. The SmartJacks can be slowly raised to carefully raise the foundation without over lifting. This crawl space and home are now protected and stabilized. 

If the sump pump discharge line freezes or becomes blocked for any reason, the IceGuard system allows water to escape. It does this by automatically letting water escape through its openings.

There was water leaking into this customer's basement through the foundation walls. This caused the drywall and floorboards to become damaged. In order to effectively solve this problem, we installed the WaterGuard basement drainage system. This system is designed to keep basements dry and prevent water damage by capturing any water seepage before it has a chance to enter the basement. The inlet holes allow the WaterGuard to intercept water at the point of entry, while the drainage pipe carries it to the sump pump to be removed.

The SmartJacks are adjustable steel piers that raise sagging floors back to their original height. They provide permanent support and can be adjusted over time if necessary. Additionally, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to remove moisture from the air and prevent future issues. Now the floor is better supported and no longer sagging!
