This homeowner reached out to us because he was putting his house on the market and wanted to get a few things fixed first. Russell Bush, a part of our Real Estate Response Team, went out to the home and preformed a free inspection to see how we could help. He noticed that the crawl space wasn't properly encapsulated and very humid. This home had a damp and humid crawl space that was unfortunately growing mold. In order to solve the problem first the mold was removed by Soda Blasting.
