One of our system design specialists, Josh, was able to inspect her home and he was able to give her the solution to her problems. To fix these cracks, they used NexusPro crack repair, which is put into the cracks, sealing them off. It is installed into small holes that are drilled into the concrete. The NexusPro is a silicone based sealant that will not ruin during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete.
