This customer was dealing with an unstable foundation, which was causing the lintel of their home to sag, which you can see in the before picture. This can cause many different issues for the home, so we knew that we wanted to be able to help her out. The solution for this customer was the LintelLift which is a system that helps to add permanent support underneath the lintel of the garage door. It is a curved steel beam that is secured to the sides of the garage opening. As the steel beam is flattened out, it lifts the lintel back to the original position and permanently stabilizes it to prevent from sagging. This customer was left thrilled with the results, and her peace of mind was returned when it came to the structural integrity of the home.

To restore the cracks in this homes driveway, Caleb and his crew used NexusPro Crack Repair to seal off the cracks, and keep them water and wash out proof. NexusPro will withhold throughout the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. Post-installation, the uneven surface was efficiently leveled. So they reached out to Atlanta Basement Systems to get an estimate on repairing the concrete so they no longer had to worry about it. In order to repair this driveway we used the PolyLevel Injection foam to raise and level the slabs. PolyLevel is strong, but lightweight expanding polyurethane foam that fills the gaps under the concrete. Unlike other solutions, it cures quickly in about 15 minutes and is waterproof. After lifting the slabs, then we filled the cracks to protect the concrete from any further issues. Now the driveway is level and looks great!
