As a result, the structures stability was compromised. To permanently solve the problem, we installed a steel, rust-resistant supplemental beam and SmartJack Support Posts for permanent stabilization. 

In Austell, Georgia, a homeowner approached us at Atlanta Basement Systems with significant concerns about their crawl space. Upon receiving their call, our Customer Care Specialist promptly scheduled an inspection. Following the initial contact, one of our capable System Design Specialists, Thomas, conducted an exhaustive evaluation. The diagnosis confirmed high moisture levels leading to mold growth and wood rot. To address these issues, we confidently recommended a comprehensive solution that included the SuperSump sump pump, the CleanSpace encapsulation system, and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

Next, we added the CleanSpace vapor barrier. This 20-mil reinforced liner is UV-resistant and guards against further mold growth by sealing out moisture completely. Finally, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to maintain optimal humidity levels. This homeowner was looking for a solution to keep their crawl space dry so they scheduled an inspection with us. In order to waterproof this crawl space, we used the CleanSpace system with the drainage matting and liner. This will protect the walls and air from any moisture getting in. Additionally we put in EZ-Flow drainage along with a SuperSump pump to remove any water from the crawl space. The crawl space now looks a lot cleaner and brighter and it will stay dry all the time!

This customer was dealing with unlevel concrete on the walkway to their home, which was not only unaesthetically pleasing, but cracked, unlevel concrete can lead to many more issues if not taken care of. To fix this issue for this customer, Caleb and his crew injected PolyLevel into the concrete, a durable foam that lifts the concrete. It is water and wash out proof, meaning that water cannot penetrate the foam causing any issues underneath the concrete. PolyLevel also wont deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of concrete, leaving this customer thrilled with the results.

There was a water seepage problem in the basement of this Woodstock, GA home as a result of heavy rainfall. To keep this basement dry all the time, an interior perimeter drainage system, a high-performance sump pump, and a wall vapor barrier were installed.
