In Greenville, a homeowner faced unwanted water intrusion that threatened their basement and belongings. We installed WaterGuard to manage and channel water effectively while CleanSpace encapsulation provided a reliable vapor barrier. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier ensured humidity control, releasing healthier air throughout the home. Finally, our SuperSump system efficiently evacuated water to preserve a dry and safe environment, expertly transforming the space as shown in the after photo.

High moisture caused the wood to rot and lose it's integrity. As a result, the floor above was sagging. A steel beam was installed along with a SmartJack Support post to resolve this issue. 

To prevent clogging, we install our WaterGuard basement waterproofing interior drainage system in the "clear water zone" above the footing. This system is designed to stop water at the basement perimeter and safely drain it away.

The customer's deck was sinking into the ground, making it unlevel and unsteady. Using SmartJack Support Posts, we permanently leveled and stabilized the structure. Each SmartJack was installed with a cast-in footing to eliminate future sinking and instability.   

The GeoLock Wall Anchor System was used to repair this customers buckling and cracked foundation wall.
