In order to transform this basement, Ken and his crew installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system, the WaterGuard drainage system, a SuperSump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona. The CleanSpace encapsulation is a vapor barrier that prevents water from the walls from getting into the basement. It ensure that the water goes down to the WaterGuard drains and then it gets pumped out through the SuperSump. Additionally, LawnScape and IceGuard were installed to keep the system running efficiently no matter what time of year.
