Before listing their home for sale, the homeowners wanted to ensure the basement would remain dry. Our waterproofing solution included WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump. 

In the before photo, notice how the homeowner's sidewalk in Acworth, Georgia, had become uneven, raising concerns both for safety and curb appeal. Uneven concrete can be hazardous and diminish the aesthetic of any property. At Atlanta Basement Systems, we effectively addressed this issue using our advanced PolyLevel system. By employing high-strength polyurethane foam, injected via pea-sized holes beneath the concrete, we successfully lifted and leveled the slabs. As seen in the after photo, the PolyLevel application restored functionality and enhanced the overall appearance, providing a safe, smooth walkway.

This homeowner's foundation wall was heavily bowing with stair-step cracks. To permanently stabilize their foundation wall, we installed the GeoLock Channel Anchor System. A heavy-duty earth anchor is embedded in stable soil away from your foundation wall and connected to steel anchors with galvanized rods. With the anchors tightened, the wall will remain in its current position without any further adjustment

The soil around your foundation is filled with water, and even the smallest crack will allow this water to seep into your basement. To prevent future leaks, our crew sealed the crack and fastened CleanSpace Vapor Barrier over it. 

This homeowner's personal belongings were damaged by leaky garage walls. In order to solve these issues permanently, we installed a TripleSafe Sump and our WaterGuard Interior Drainage system.
