This customer called with concerns of a wet crawl space. Moisture build up is not good for a crawl space, because it can cause problems for the whole home. To repair the damage done in this home, we installed CleanSpace throughout the whole crawl space, and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. With both of these in the crawl space it is guaranteed to stay dry, and to not cause any further issues for this home. This homeowner reached out to us because was looking to encapsulate her basement and crawl space to ensure her home is fully protected from water intrusion. In order to do our crew installed multiple products to create a customized system for her home. This system included using the CleanSpace Wall System, installing a WaterGuard drainage system along with a TrenchDrain, and a TripleSafe pump system. To enhance the system, they also installed IceGuard and LawnScape. Additionally, the vents to the crawl space had to be sealed from the inside so that no moisture could get in. All of these components work together to keep moisture from damaging the property. Now this homeowner can enjoy a clean, dry basement and crawl space!

In this customer's crawl space, the E-Z Flow Drainage System was installed in order to collect water and drain it to the sump pump system.
