Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This customer called with concerns of a wet crawl space. Moisture build up is not good for a crawl space, because it can cause problems for the whole home. To repair the damage done in this home, we installed CleanSpace throughout the whole crawl space, and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. With both of these in the crawl space it is guaranteed to stay dry, and to not cause any further issues for this home. This customer was left pleased with the results, and with their peace of mind restored.

Before we got there, the crawl space was unenclosed, dirty, and damp. To fix this, we installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system. To do this all debris has to be removed and then the vents have to be sealed. Next, the drainage matting is laid down and the liner is put on top of it. Then the crew has to carefully wrap the bottom of the piers with the liner. To finish off this crawl space, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to control the relative humidity in the air. Now the crawl space is clean, bright, and dry!

This home had a dirty, damp crawl space that was the perfect breeding ground for mold. During his inspection, Russell pointed out the mold to the homeowner and also explained why the mold was growing in the space. Our crew encapsulated the space by using CleanSpace to create a vapor barrier, they also sealed off any vents, and installed the EverLast Door to create an accessible entrance with an airtight seal. Additionally, they installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to lower the relative humidity and filter the air. Now the crawl space looks great, and mold moisture are no longer a problem!
