Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Due to uneven floors and visible cracks on the walls, this customer was concerned about the structural integrity of their foundation. In order to provide permanent support, stabilization, and to help lift it back to its original position, we installed SmartJack crawl space support posts. 

This customer was dealing with a moist and humid crawl space, which was leading to mold growing on the wood in the space. Once mold begins to grow in the crawl space, this is allowing impure air to filter throughout your home. This can lead to many different health issues for the family, and once mold begins to grow, this can lead to further issues with wood rot. This customer knew they needed to get this issue fixed in their crawl space. To rid the mold before the encapsulation, we used soda blasting, which remediates the mold and gets it out of the space, leaving the crawl space clean and to filter throughout the home.

This crawl space was facing water intrusion and it was leading to mold growing in the space. Not only does this cause health issues with moldy air circulating throughout the home, but this can also lead to structural integrity issues throughout the home if not taken care of in enough time.
