This home owner called in to us here at Atlanta Basement Systems to get their concrete driveway repaired. It was unstable and unlevel, causing for a bumpy ride to the home. This was becoming a nuisance for the family living at the home, but it was also going to get to a point where it was compromising the stability of the home. Caleb and his crew went out the home and injected PolyLevel into the concrete, a polyurethane foam that allows for lifting and stabilizing of the concrete. It is also water and wash-out proof and will not ruin during the natural contractions and expansions of the concrete. 

Wyatt called us out to his home in Lavonia, Georgia because his basement had 3 minor floods this year. He currently uses his basement for storage so he had a lot of personal items down there that were getting ruined by the water getting in. Arthell performed a free inspection of the basement and then created a custom plan to waterproof the basement. 

For this home, Ken and his team installed a full waterproofing system. They put in the WaterGuard drainage system which worked together with a TripleSafe sump pump to quickly remove any water from the basement. They also installed CleanSpace drainage and liner to protect the walls from moisture. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was placed in the basement and an Aspen Air System was installed upstairs in the home to keep the air clean and dry. 

Now Wyatt's basement looks great and is guaranteed to stay dry!

This driveway was cracked and uneven, causing an unsightly appearance  along with being a major tripping hazard to the homeowner. To fix this George and Caleb used PolyLevel Injection Foam to slowly raise the slab with polyurethane. Once the slab is lifted and level, they then filled the cracks with NexusPro. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that can resist UV rays and stand up to harsh weather. Now this driveway looks better, is safer, and will last longer!

This homeowner reached out to us because they had seen the work we had previously done. After getting a free inspection by David, one of our System Design Specialists, the homeowner wanted to get his crawl space waterproofed and encapsulated. To do this, Devon and his crew put in EZ-Flow drainage and then wrapped the floors and walls with CleanSpace. They also had sealed all the crawl space vents, and then added a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Now this crawl space is protected from moisture and mold!
