This customer was noticing an issue with wavy floors in his home. This is when the floors are not properly stabilized and he wanted the framing structure of the floors fixed. Our crew was sent out to fix this issue for him, and we were able to do this with SmartJacks. These are steel beams that are placed in the space, they help to hold and distribute the load of the homes foundation. Once all of the steel parts are placed and stabilized, the SmartJack system is tightened in place to strengthen and lift the floors back to level. This customer was very happy with his results, and no longer had to worry about the structural integrity of the foundation of his home.

The customer was dealing with many cracks in his concrete. The concrete in his driveway was also un-level and he was wanting to get it fixed. Cracked and un-level concrete can lead to many different issues, like water infiltration and wash-out, which messes with the structural integrity of the concrete. He gave us a call here at Atlanta Basement Systems and we were able to get a crew out there to help fix these issues. George and his crew installed PolyLevel and NexusPro crack repair. PolyLevel is a high-density foam made of structural polymers, that expands and lifts the concrete to the desired height. The NexusPro crack repair is a silicone-based sealant, that is water-proof and will not deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. This customer was left happy with the results, and no longer had a bumpy ride up his driveway.

An untreated moisture problem caused sagging floors for this customer. To solve their problem, we encapsulated the space to ensure it remain dry and installed SmartJack Support Posts to lift and stabilize the floors permanently. 

Kirk reached out to us after experiencing a pretty heavy flood in his basement. While one of our System Design Specialists was out their for a free estimate, he discovered that water was seeping in through the walls. In order to fix this issue we installed the CleanSpace Wall System to create a vapor barrier. Water that got in through the walls was directed down by the CleanSpace to the WaterGuard drainage system we installed. We also installed a TripleSafe pump system to efficiently pump water out of the WaterGuard drains. Since the completion of installation, Kirk has been very satisfied with his basement staying dry all the time!
