This crawl space was facing water intrusion and it was leading to mold growing in the space. Not only does this cause health issues with moldy air circulating throughout the home, but this can also lead to structural integrity issues throughout the home if not taken care of in enough time. To fix the crawl space, Titus and his crew encapsulated the space with CleanSpace, the CleanSpace Vent Seals. They also installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the air clean and dry for the health of those living in the home. This customer was pleased, and the photos go to show how much of a difference was made in the home.

This homeowner gave us a call because they knew they were dealing with moisture and mildew in their crawl space. Looking for a way to keep their crawl space dry, they opted for a solution that could control moisture, humidity, and prevent mold. To do this, Isaiah and his crew removed any debris, like fallen insulation, and then they started installing CleanSpace. The CleanSpace creates a vapor barrier that keeps moisture from getting in and causing problems. The crew also sealed up all the crawl space vents and installed an Everlast Door to prevent outside elements like water or critters from getting in. The finishing touch was installing a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure that relative humidity stays under control. The SaniDry can also filter the air and remove mold spores or allergens. 

This homeowner recently reached out to us here at Atlanta Basement Systems, with concerns of soft, unlevel floors in their home. Issues of this magnitude mean that the structural integrity of the home is compromised, and we want to fix this issue as soon as possible and return peace of mind to the homeowner. Titus and his crew installed 4 SmartJacks in the crawl space of this home, to level and stabilize the floors. SmartJacks are installed into the ground of the crawl space to the stable soil, and all of the steel beams are connected, and the system is tightened into place. This immediately stabilizes the floors, and the home levels.

Before summer got started, this homeowner wanted to fix up his cracked concrete pool deck. He didn't like the appearance of it and the cracks were a major tripping hazard. Looking for an efficient and effective solution, we suggested using the PolyLevel system to raise the concrete to be level. Additionally, to seal the cracks we used the NexusPro solution. Now this homeowner can enjoy splashing around in the pool without worrying about getting tripped up!

In the before photo, notice the cracked and unlevel driveway our Monticello homeowner faced, leading to safety concerns and aesthetic issues. At Atlanta Basement Systems, we utilized two solutions: PolyLevel® and NexusPro®. The PolyLevel® system stabilized, lifted, and leveled the concrete using high-strength polyurethane foam, solving the unevenness effectively. We then applied NexusPro® Joint Sealant to close the cracks, preventing water infiltration that might further damage the structure. This approach ensured our client's driveway is durable and smooth, living up to the standards of concrete slab repair.
