This homeowner reached out to us because their porch was sagging on one side and it was disconnecting in places. After an assessment by one of our System Design Specialists, they decided it could be fixed with the installation of helical piers. Helical piers are great for stabilizing light structures like this porch, and they lifted it back to the original level. This customer was dealing with a moist and humid crawl space, which was leading to mold growing on the wood in the space. Once mold begins to grow in the crawl space, this is allowing impure air to filter throughout your home. This customer knew they needed to get this issue fixed in their crawl space. To rid the mold before the encapsulation, we used soda blasting, which remediates the mold and gets it out of the space, leaving the crawl space clean and to filter throughout the home.

One of our system design specialists, Josh, was able to inspect her home and he was able to give her the solution to her problems. To fix these cracks, they used NexusPro crack repair, which is put into the cracks, sealing them off. NexusPro will not allow water infiltration, and it will not deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. This customer was left pleased with the results.

For this customer we also used PolyLevel, which is a structural grade foam made up of polymers and it helps to lift and level the concrete to the desired height. It is installed into small holes that are drilled into the concrete. The NexusPro is a silicone based sealant that will not ruin during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete.
