Using our PolyLevel Solution, we permanently leveled this homeowners sinking and uneven sidewalk outside their home. 

This homeowner has lived in this home for a few years, and for the past year or so they have noticed an excess of moisture in the crawl space. They were scared about the long term effects of water in the crawl space causing foundation issues, so they wanted to ensure that they can get this issue resolved. Josh and his crew installed CleanSpace, EZ-Flow, drainage matting, the TripleSafe sump pump, an EverLast door and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. All of these waterproof the crawl space and ensure that it is going to stay dry all of the time. The CleanSpace, EZ-Flow and drainage matting work together to provide a barrier between the Earth and the crawl space and work to keep the moisture out of the space. They work to drain the water to the TripleSafe sump pump, which is our top of the line sump pump. Coming equipped with dual twin liners, battery back up systems and the WaterWatch alarm system, the TripleSafe will guarantee the crawl space to stay dry. The EverLast door is an extra means of protection to close the crawl space off the the outside elements. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier keeps the moisture and humidity levels down in the crawl space, which ensures mold and wood rot will not occur. This customer was left happy with the results, and we were glad to provide them with the solutions their home needed.

This customer was dealing with a wet crawl space, and no longer wanted the humidity or musty odors in the home. Here at Atlanta Basement Systems, we wanted to fix this crawl space and assure that it was going to be waterproofed to restore peace of mind into the customer. Juan and his crew installed CleanSpace, EZ-Flow and the SuperSump sump pump in the crawl space. The CleanSpace and EZ-Flow provide the barrier between the Earth and the home, and better drainage flow to the sump pump. The SuperSump is going to pump the water out and away from the home, coming equipped with the WaterWatch alarm system, which alerts the homeowner if the water level in the pump ever reaches when it should have been discharged. This crawl space was left dry and the customer was left happy.

This home had a huge void underneath the concrete on the sidewalk. This can cause issues because it is allowing water to intrude under there, and deteriorate the integrity of the soil underneath the soil, but also with that large of a gap and nothing underneath that concrete, it lessens the integrity of the concrete these homeowners are walking on. To fix this Caleb and his crew injected PolyLevel into the void of the concrete to stabilize the concrete slab, and provide a water and wash out proof barrier between the concrete and the soil. This restabilized the structural integrity of the concrete slab and restored the happiness and looks back into the home and homeowner.

In the before photo you can see the stains where water had been entering the basement through the walls. The leaks and dampness that was being caused turned this basement into a space of worry for the homeowners. To restore the basement, and get it back to a space the homeowners do not have to worry about, Ken and his crew installed a set of waterproofing products. In the after photo, you can see they installed CleanSpace, WaterGuard and the TripleSafe sump pump, to ensure that water will never cause damage to this home again, and restore the basement to dry, usable space.
