Atlanta Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This basement had bowing and cracking foundation walls that were slowly worsening overtime. In order to stabilize the walls, we used the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. This system uses carbon fiber straps that are bonded to the wall. The straps stabilize the wall because the tension is up to 10 times strong then than steel. Justin and his crew were able to install the system quickly and efficiently. Now the wall is stabilized from further foundation problems.

This homeowner reached out to us because they had seen the work we had previously done. After getting a free inspection by David, one of our System Design Specialists, the homeowner wanted to get his crawl space waterproofed and encapsulated. To do this, Devon and his crew put in EZ-Flow drainage and then wrapped the floors and walls with CleanSpace. They also had sealed all the crawl space vents, and then added a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Now this crawl space is protected from moisture and mold!

This homeowner was wanting to begin some home projects, however the sagging of their garage lintel, was interfering with them. We were able to get Coley and his crew out to the home, and they were able to install the Lintel Lift. A curved steel pole, that is installed on the garage lintel, that is tightened, straightening it out and lifting the garage lintel back to original position. This customer was left happy with the results, and we were glad that we could get this home back in shape for the homeowner.

This home had a badly cracked and uneven sidewalk and driveway. In order to fix this, we used PolyLevel to raise and level the concrete. Then, we filled the gaps and cracks with NexusPro to protect the concrete from future damage. Now this homeowner can walk around without getting tripped up!

This basement had cracks in the foundation walls, along with areas of water intrusion. In order to fix the wall, we installed Carbon Armor to easily stabilize the wall. Then we put up the CleanSpace Wall System over the Carbon Armor. This gives the basement an aesthetically pleasing appearance, while also protecting it from moisture. Because moisture is often a reason for damage to foundations, we also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to fully protect the space from water and humidity.
