This home had a huge void underneath the concrete on the sidewalk. This can cause issues because it is allowing water to intrude under there, and deteriorate the integrity of the soil underneath the soil, but also with that large of a gap and nothing underneath that concrete, it lessens the integrity of the concrete these homeowners are walking on. To fix this Caleb and his crew injected PolyLevel into the void of the concrete to stabilize the concrete slab, and provide a water and wash out proof barrier between the concrete and the soil. This restabilized the structural integrity of the concrete slab and restored the happiness and looks back into the home and homeowner.

In the before photo you can see the stains where water had been entering the basement through the walls. The leaks and dampness that was being caused turned this basement into a space of worry for the homeowners. To restore the basement, and get it back to a space the homeowners do not have to worry about, Ken and his crew installed a set of waterproofing products. In the after photo, you can see they installed CleanSpace, WaterGuard and the TripleSafe sump pump, to ensure that water will never cause damage to this home again, and restore the basement to dry, usable space.

This customer was facing the issue of an un-level driveway. He was also noticing cracks in his driveway and this can be bad for many different reasons. When there are cracks or voids in the concrete this can allow water to get in. When water seeps into the cracks it saturates the soil and this can lead to wash-out which will disrupt the structural integrity of the concrete, which can lead to foundation problems. Cracks in the concrete are natural and typically unavoidable because of the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete throughout the change of seasons and temperatures. To prevent this homeowners basement from flooding again and to ensure it always remains dry, our basement waterproofing crew installed 193ft of WaterGuard along the interior perimeter of the basement floor and 153ft of CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the basement walls. Any water that seeps through the foundation wall will run down the back side of the vapor barrier and into the WaterGuard Drainage System. From there, the water will be directed to the sump pump to be safely removed from the home.
