To help lift and level this customer's living room floor, we installed our SmartJack Support System in the crawl space. This system provided the necessary reinforcement to ensure the floor was level and secure. 

This driveway had experienced dropping and becoming unlevel. Not only was it an annoyance for the homeowners, and not aesthetically pleasing, but it can also lead to structural integrity issues if not taken care of. To fix this issue, Caleb and his crew injected PolyLevel into the concrete. PolyLevel is a foam that expands once injected, and levels out the concrete. It is water and wash out proof, and will not deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. This driveway was restored along with the homeowners peace of mind.

This crawl space needed an encapsulation due to high moisture levels. This moisture was causing humidity in the crawl space and also in the home. It also created the perfect environment for mold to start growing. We went in and removed all the mold and debris in the crawl space and then encapsulated by using CleanSpace. Also the vents were sealed and we installed an EverLast Door to ensure an airtight seal. SmartJacks had to be installed to support the foundation where the moisture had weakened it. The finishing touch was putting in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control relative humidity and filter the air. 

In Fairburn, Georgia, a homeowner experienced sinking floors and a problematic crawl space.
