Our customer in Athens, GA who had a sagging floors throughout their home, soft spots in the floors, and sheet rock cracks in their walls. All classic signs of an unstable crawl space. They called Atlanta Basement Systems and we visited the home and check it out. Upon inspection we noticed there were issues with the floor joists, causing the sagging symptoms the customer noticed upstairs. Using our patented SmartJack® Crawl Space Stabilizer, our Foreman Aaron and crew were able to lift and stabilize the crawl space, addressing and resolving all the concerns with their crawl space. Now the homeowner can live in their home with solid floors and home on stable ground. 

By using the PolyLevel System, Atlanta Basement Systems was able to lift the sunken concrete to the flat, desired level.

This customer was having problems with the concrete around his home. He was noticing cracks and areas where it was unlevel. This can cause issues for the homeowner because the concrete surrounding a home is helping to stabilize the foundation of the home, and if the concrete takes too much damage it can begin to decrease the structural integrity of the foundation of the home. Concrete will crack naturally during contraction and expansion as the seasons change. However, here at Atlanta Basement Systems the NexusPro Crack Repair that we use ensures that this will not happen. For this customer we also used PolyLevel, which is a structural grade foam made up of polymers and it helps to lift and level the concrete to the desired height. It is installed into small holes that are drilled into the concrete. The NexusPro is a silicone based sealant that will not ruin during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. This customer was left pleased with the results, and will not have to worry about the structural integrity again.

This homeowner reached out to us after seeing an ad for our concrete leveling services. They were tired of tripping over their uneven driveway and walkway, and wanted a quick, stable solution. Our crew used PolyLevel Injection Foam to raise the concrete slabs back to the their original positions. The foam is lightweight so it won't cause damage the soil below it or cause further soil settlement issues. Additionally, it won't wash away or react with the soil, so it does not require continuous upkeep. 15 minutes after installation, this homeowner was able to use their driveway again without any issues!

To prevent this homeowners basement from flooding again and to ensure it always remains dry, our basement waterproofing crew installed 193ft of WaterGuard along the interior perimeter of the basement floor and 153ft of CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the basement walls. Any water that seeps through the foundation wall will run down the back side of the vapor barrier and into the WaterGuard Drainage System. From there, the water will be directed to the sump pump to be safely removed from the home.
