In order to permanently stabilize the homeowner's foundation walls, we installed GeoLock Wall Anchors. The system extends from the interior wall to the stable soil outside, bracing the foundation wall and preventing further movement. 

To eliminate the mugginess and musty odors in their basement, we installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

The customer wanted to buy this home, but first needed to remediate the crawl space mold and water intrusion problem. To treat the crawl space for mold, our crew used soda blasting. Soda blasting is a type of blasting that uses sodium bicarbonate, also known as baking soda. It is a relatively non-abrasive process that is effective at removing mold and mildew. 

A water problem in this home buyer's crawl space needed a permanent solution. For water removal and re-accumulation prevention, we installed a SuperSump pump and EZ-Flow drainage system. This water management system will ensure that the crawl space is kept dry and free of mold and mildew buildup. Additionally, it reduces the risk of structural damage.

There was a problem with moisture and high humidity in this crawl space. We installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and a CleanSpace vapor barrier system to ensure healthy levels and prevent moisture from entering.
