He was also noticing cracks on the outside of the home, the pre-existing ones were getting longer and new cracks had developed. The drywall in the garage was also developing cracks, so he knew this is something that he wanted to get fixed. Once the sales representative completed their inspection, they knew the best option to fix his problem was going to be the lintel lift. For the lintel lift they go through and install a curved steel beam on the sides and into the concrete at the base of the garage. Then, the steel beam is straightened out, and this is what lifts the garage up. The beam is then covered with a decorative piece to hide the steel underneath. They also filled in all of the cracks on the outside of the home, to keep up with aesthetics. This customer was left thoroughly happy with the results of this job.
