This customer's porch floor started sagging due to excessive moisture. To provide adequate stabilization, the most effective way to restore the porch's structural integrity we installed SmartJack support posts. SmartJack posts are designed to lift and stabilize sagging floors and foundations, providing a permanent solution. Additionally, they are made from galvanized steel, which is corrosion resistant and provides a strong, long-lasting support structure.

The floor above this customers finished basement had been sagging. After investigating the area, we discovered the joists were cracked and weren't providing adequate support. To solve this problem, we installed a steel supplemental beam over the floor joists for added support and SmartJack Support Posts to stabilize and lift the floor above to a level position. 

This homeowner was tired of sagging bouncing floors, so they gave us a call. In order to solve this foundation issue. Our System Design Specialist Austin recommended the installation of SmartJacks along with some Sister Joists and a Steel Beam. Isaiah and his crew did a great job installing the SmartJacks. Now bouncy floors are a problem of the past.
