Additionally, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to remove moisture from the air and prevent future issues. Now the floor is better supported and no longer sagging!

Our crew was sent out, and they were able to fix all the concerns he had. They used NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant and this sealed all the cracks that he had in his garage floor. This solution ensures that this customer will never have to deal with these cracks again, because they will not break down during the natural expansion and contraction of the home. The helical piers are screwed into the ground to the appropriate depth, and the weight of the home is transferred from the piers onto the competent soil. The NexusPro crack repair is a silicone-based sealent, and it helps to prevent water infiltration, and it will not deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete during season change. Once the crew installed the piers and laid the NexusPro, this customer was left satisfied with the results, and had the peace of mind that the structural integrity of his home was no longer compromised.
