Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Kirk reached out to us after experiencing a pretty heavy flood in his basement. While one of our System Design Specialists was out their for a free estimate, he discovered that water was seeping in through the walls. In order to fix this issue we installed the CleanSpace Wall System to create a vapor barrier. Water that got in through the walls was directed down by the CleanSpace to the WaterGuard drainage system we installed. We also installed a TripleSafe pump system to efficiently pump water out of the WaterGuard drains. Since the completion of installation, Kirk has been very satisfied with his basement staying dry all the time!

This homeowner was dealing with a crawl space that had experience excess moisture levels, that had led to mold growth and wood rot in the space. The floor joists of the crawl space had rotted out, and were compromising the structural integrity of the home. This raised high concerns for the homeowner, so they gave us a call and we knew that this was a customer that we needed to help. Titus and his crew entered the crawl space and replaced the floor joists in the home, and added SmartJacks. The SmartJacks are steel beams that are placed and they help to stabilize and level out the home. This provided the stability this home needed, and we are happy to have instilled the peace of mind back into the homeowner.

This homeowner gave us a call because they had mold in their crawl space that was causing odors in the rest of their house. After performing an inspection, Foster then created a custom waterproofing plan that will prevent the growth of mold. First, the crew had to remove all the debris and then seal off the crawl space vents. Additionally, they installed an EverLast door to further create an airtight seal in the crawl space. The crew installed SilverGlo graphite insulation on the walls and then used CleanSpace on the floors and to wrap the piers. The finishing touch was installing a SaniDry Sedona to control the relative humidity and filter out mold spores. Now this homeowner can have peace of mind that this basement and home are protected from mold and moisture.
