Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This crawl space was dealing with a major flooding of water, and the homeowner knew that something needed to be done immediately. In the before picture, you can see just how much water had entered the crawl space and why this would be a concerning sight for a homeowner. Pictured in the after photo, is the TripleSafe sump pump. In this home, we tackled the crawl space that was experiencing excess moisture build up in the space, leading to soft spots in the floors of the home. The moisture had seeped into the crawl space, threatening the structural integrity of the home, so to fix this we installed CleanSpace into the crawl space. This provides a barrier between the outside of the home and the interior, keeping the moisture out of the space. SmartJacks were installed to stabilize the floors, getting rid of the soft spots, and leaving the crawl space clean, and usable space. This customer was pleased with the results and we were glad to restore peace of mind to the homeowner.

Our crew treated the crawl space with mold cleaner, sealed the vents and rim joists, installed an interior perimeter drainage system, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and a crawl space dehumidifier.
