Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

In the before photo from East Ellijay, you’ll notice the unlevel and separated front brick steps, posing both aesthetic and safety concerns for the homeowner. Our team at Atlanta Basement Systems expertly addressed this with our PolyLevel solution, stabilizing and realigning the concrete slab with high-strength polyurethane foam. Post-installation, the uneven surface was efficiently leveled. To further enhance durability, we applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to the cracks and joints, providing lasting protection against water intrusion. This homeowner had very cracked and uneven concrete and they were worried about it becoming a tripping hazard. So they reached out to Atlanta Basement Systems to get an estimate on repairing the concrete so they no longer had to worry about it. In order to repair this driveway we used the PolyLevel Injection foam to raise and level the slabs. PolyLevel is strong, but lightweight expanding polyurethane foam that fills the gaps under the concrete. Unlike other solutions, it cures quickly in about 15 minutes and is waterproof. After lifting the slabs, then we filled the cracks to protect the concrete from any further issues. Now the driveway is level and looks great!
