Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

At Atlanta Basement Systems, we recently addressed a significant issue for a homeowner in Tyrone, Georgia. Their garage slab had sunken nearly four inches, creating both an unsightly look and a safety concern. The homeowner contacted us for a reliable and lasting solution. Our System Design Specialist conducted a thorough assessment at the homeowner's site. Based on this, we recommended using our PolyLevel system and NexusPro Joint Sealant.

Using the PolyLevel system, our production team drilled small holes in the slab to inject high-strength polyurethane foam beneath. This foam expanded and precisely lifted the concrete back to its original position, ensuring stability and strength. We also applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to address and seal any concrete cracks and joints. This advanced sealant protects the slab by preventing water from seeping in, which can lead to future settling.

By the end of this project, the garage slab was stable and aesthetically restored!

This customer was needing help with lifting and leveling the concrete on his walkway to his home. He gave us a call here at Atlanta Basement Systems and we were able to send someone out right away to get him a free estimate and quote to figure out what would need to be done to resolve his issues. Upon inspection, it was found that PolyLevel was going to fix these issues for this homeowner. PolyLevel is a foam made of structural grade polymers that expands and lifts the concrete to the desired level. It is installed through small holes that are drilled into the concrete, and it is water and wash out proof. Once the PolyLevel was installed the concrete began to level back out, and this customer was no longer left with tripping hazards as he walked into his home.

This home had a huge void underneath the concrete on the sidewalk. This can cause issues because it is allowing water to intrude under there, and deteriorate the integrity of the soil underneath the soil, but also with that large of a gap and nothing underneath that concrete, it lessens the integrity of the concrete these homeowners are walking on. To fix this Caleb and his crew injected PolyLevel into the void of the concrete to stabilize the concrete slab, and provide a water and wash out proof barrier between the concrete and the soil. This restabilized the structural integrity of the concrete slab and restored the happiness and looks back into the home and homeowner.

This customer was facing the issue of an un-level driveway. He was also noticing cracks in his driveway and this can be bad for many different reasons. When there are cracks or voids in the concrete this can allow water to get in. When water seeps into the cracks it saturates the soil and this can lead to wash-out which will disrupt the structural integrity of the concrete, which can lead to foundation problems. Cracks in the concrete are natural and typically unavoidable because of the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete throughout the change of seasons and temperatures. However, with our NexusPro crack repair and PolyLevel, cracks and un-level concrete will never be something you have to worry about again, even during the contraction and expansion. That is exactly what we did for this customer, and he was pleased. The NexusPro crack repair is a silicone-based sealent that is placed in the cracks and prevents water from infiltrating the concrete, affecting the soil underneath. This is a fast-curing option that will also hold up during any season change. PolyLevel is our durable foam, made up of structural grade polymers. It is injected into the concrete through small holes that are drilled in, and it is water and wash-out proof. The PolyLevel does not add any weight, and it can lift and level the concrete to the desired height.
