Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

This homeowner was looking to sell their home and were trying to complete all repairs to keep the value before selling their home. They had noticed that the staircase leading up to their home was beginning to dip down, and they wanted to stabilize it, without the hassle of redoing the whole brick staircase. Caleb and his crew were able to inject PolyLevel under the staircase, to provide stability for it to sit on, and keeping it water and wash-out proof, guaranteeing that the stability will hold. In the after picture, you can see the PolyLevel sticking out of the side. This shows how it holds stability, but once the project is completed, the extra PolyLevel spilling out of the sides is removed. This homeowner was left happy with the results, and glad that now they were one step closer to selling their home.

This customer was dealing with an extreme case of unlevel and cracked concrete in the driveway of their home. Not only was this causing safety issues, but it is also an eyesore when looking at the home. We were able to send out one of our renowned concrete repair crews, and they got this issue all situated for this customer. Using PolyLevel and NexusPro crack repair, they turned this unsafe and not good looking driveway into a safe and easy on the eyes area. This homeowner wanted to fix their driveway and front sidewalk because there were multiple cracks and areas that were uneven and out of level. In order to fix this, we used PolyLevel Injection foam to raise the concrete back to the proper height. Then to fill the cracks we used the NexusPro Solution. Now the concrete looks better and is easier to walk on!

This sidewalk had sunken significantly, causing an eyesore and major tripping hazard. To repair this, we installed a helical pier to ensure permanent stabilization. Then to raise it all the way to be level, we installed PolyLevel Injection Foam. Now this sidewalk is level and safe and looks so much better!

PolyLevel is a foam that is injected into the concrete through small holes, expanding and leveling the concrete. It is lightweight, but sturdy ensuring it will not wash out or deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete.
