This customer has been dealing with cracks in his concrete for a couple years, and he decided that he wanted to fix it before any further problems persisted. He gave us a call here at Atlanta Basement Systems, and we were able to send out a crew to fix repair and replace the concrete in his driveway. The crew used NexusPro crack repair, to fill the cracks in the concrete. The NexusPro will uphold against the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete during the change in temperature throughout the years. The crew also replaced a section of concrete that had taken real damage. They removed the original concrete, and then placed new concrete. This helped to level out the concrete, and ensure there was no cracks that could lead to further issues. This customer was thoroughly pleased and had the peace of mind of knowing that his concrete was replaced and fixed, and now he didn't have to worry about further issues.

This home had some areas that were out of level and uneven. During his inspection Waylon saw some concerns, like a wall crack,  that demonstrated that the foundation needed lift and better support. In order to address these concerns, Isaiah and his crew removed all the debris from the crawl space and then installed SmartJacks. The SmartJack system uses corrosion-resistant steel that won't rust. Additionally, the posts are installed on sturdy bases that won't continue to settle over time. The SmartJacks can be slowly raised to carefully raise the foundation without over lifting. This crawl space and home are now protected and stabilized. 

If the sump pump discharge line freezes or becomes blocked for any reason, the IceGuard system allows water to escape. It does this by automatically letting water escape through its openings.

There was water leaking into this customer's basement through the foundation walls. This caused the drywall and floorboards to become damaged. In order to effectively solve this problem, we installed the WaterGuard basement drainage system.
