The presence of standing water in the crawl space may lead to mold and mildew growth, wood rot, structural damage, and health issues. That's why we installed EZ-Flow crawl space drainage pipe and CleanSpace vapor barrier for this customer. Ground water seepage led to a high moisture level in the crawl space which caused the growth of mold and mildew. The EZ-Flow pipe will divert the water away from the crawl space, while the CleanSpace vapor barrier will prevent moisture from entering the crawl space and promote a dry environment, reducing the risk of wood rot and structural damage, as well as potential health issues.

This customer was dealing with un-level concrete on his pool deck, and walkway to his home. He gave us at Atlanta Basement Systems a call, and asked us to send out a sales representative to give an inspection to determine what could be done to fix this problem he was having. After the sales rep completed his inspection, he determined that PolyLevel was going to be the best way to fix this. PolyLevel is a high-density, light-weight foam that is made of structural grade polymers. PolyLevel is injected into the concrete through small holes that are drilled. The PolyLevel then expands and lifts the concrete to the desired height, without adding any weight. It is water and wash-out proof, and will not ruin the natural expansion and contraction of the concrete. This customer was pleased with the results of this job.
