This homeowner wanted to solve the high humidity and moisture issues that they were having in their basement in their home in Lilburn, Georgia. In their Meansville, Georgia property, the homeowner faced a damp and musty crawl space condition that risked mold growth. The crawl space encapsulation process involves covering the floor and walls with a thick, tear-resistant polyethylene liner (CleanSpace Vapor Barrier) that essentially seals the crawl space from outside moisture.

This customer's porch floor started sagging due to excessive moisture. To provide adequate stabilization, the most effective way to restore the porch's structural integrity we installed SmartJack support posts. SmartJack posts are designed to lift and stabilize sagging floors and foundations, providing a permanent solution.
