Inadequate support in this customers crawl space led to sagging floors in their living room. To level and stabilize the floor, we installed a SmartJack Support Post in the crawl space. 

In Stone Mountain, Georgia, this crawl space faced significant damage due to moisture causing wood deterioration. The photo illustrates poorly supported floors stemming from this issue. To rectify this, we executed a comprehensive repair using our technologies. Installation included a SuperSump to manage water, a SmartJack system to stabilize beams and reduce bounce, and a SaniDry Sedona for optimal dehumidification, curbing mold and odors. Finally, CleanSpace encapsulation created a robust barrier against moisture entry. This effective combination restores structural integrity and ensures a dry, healthy environment for the homeowner.
