CleanSpace Vapor Barrier stops water from entering through the basement walls by allowing the water to drain down the backside of the vapor barrier and into the drainage system. WaterGuard Drainage System will then carry the water away to the sump pump. 

A high-quality sump pump was needed to keep this crawl space dry. We installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is designed to provide three levels of protection to keep the crawl space dry: the primary pump, a backup pump, and a battery-powered emergency pump. This ensures that the crawl space stays dry, even in the event of a power outage. 

As a result of these support posts sinking into the soil, the floor in this customer's sunroom sagged. As a permanent support, four SmartJack Support Posts were installed to lift and stabilize the floor. 

The IceGuard system allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason.

In Duluth, Georgia, our team at Atlanta Basement Systems addressed a homeowner's significant crawl space issues. Initially, the space was moldy, humid, and sagging, posing risks to the home's foundation. As depicted in the before photo, previous stabilization efforts were unsuccessful.
