In order to prevent outside moisture from entering the crawl space, the crew installed a vapor barrier, an interior drainage system, a sump pump, and a crawl space dehumidifier. Using a support jack system, the crawl space was stabilized. 

Our customer in Athens, GA who had a sagging floors throughout their home, soft spots in the floors, and sheet rock cracks in their walls. All classic signs of an unstable crawl space. Upon inspection we noticed there were issues with the floor joists, causing the sagging symptoms the customer noticed upstairs.
