Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner had just bought their home and wanted to have their crawl space looked at. Upon inspection by one of our System Design Specialists, Trey found the crawl space had a lot of moisture and mold. In order to get rid of the mold, Justin used soda blasting. Now that the mold has been removed, the next steps are to waterproof the crawl space so that the mold won't come back.

In Alpharetta, Georgia, a homeowner faced a challenge with mold invasions in their crawl space. The before photo highlights significant mold development prompted by excess moisture. To address this, we installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system, identified for its effectiveness in sealing off moisture. Alongside, our WaterGuard drainage system and the SuperSump delivered reliable water management, while the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier controlled humidity levels. As showcased in the after photo, these combined solutions transformed the crawl space into a dry, healthy area, ensuring lasting protection against mold and related issues.

This customer had issues with a leaking crawl space. There was mold growing in the crawl space due to the moisture and relative humidity levels. These were big concerns for them, so they called us and we were able to set them up with a free inspection. Upon inspection water was found in the crawl space along with a large amount of mold that had grown on the wood. We sent our crew out and they were able to resolve all of these issues. CleanSpace, WaterGuard and a SuperSump pump were installed in the crawl space. All of these work together to keep moisture out of the crawl space. The CleanSpace works as a barrier and allows the water to drain down into the WaterGuard, which takes the water to the super sump pump, which then discharges the water outside and away from the home. This sump pump was installed alongside with Ice Guard which keeps the pump from freezing over, ensuring that there is never a clog and the water drains back into the crawl space. A CleanSpace vent seal was also installed to keep the outside air out, leaving the crawl space completely shut off and dry. The SaniDry Sedona was also used, which is a dehumidifier, the smallest and most efficient that keeps the relative humidity at a certain range, ensuring there is no moisture in the air of the crawl space. 

Using SmartJack support posts, we corrected the sagging floors above this homeowner's crawl space.
