This home had multiple areas of concern that indicated floor settlement and also separation from the floor. In order to solve these issues, multiple SmartJacks were installed to permanently stabilize the floors. For this home, 8 SmartJacks were installed along with some supplemental beams. Over time the SmartJacks can be gradually raised to lift the floor back to the proper height without over lifting the floor. 

This wet, dirty crawl space was causing all kinds of issues for the homeowner. The excessive moisture was making the home more humid and the mold and dust in the crawl space was casing allergy flare ups for those living in the home. High moisture caused the wood to rot and lose it's integrity. As a result, the floor above was sagging. A steel beam was installed along with a SmartJack Support post to resolve this issue.
