Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

There was a water seepage problem in the basement of this Woodstock, GA home as a result of heavy rainfall. To keep this basement dry all the time, an interior perimeter drainage system, a high-performance sump pump, and a wall vapor barrier were installed.  

In this basement, we installed the ultimate basement waterproofing system to keep it dry when it rains. CleanSpace vapor barrier installed on the walls, WaterGuared perimeter drainage system, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

To prevent clogging, we install our WaterGuard basement waterproofing interior drainage system in the "clear water zone" above the footing. This system is designed to stop water at the basement perimeter and safely drain it away.

The homeowner noticed that one of the finished basement walls was wet and soggy. During the removal of the drywall, a crack was discovered in the foundation wall. We sealed the large wall crack, installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier over top to prevent moisture from leaking in, and installed our WaterGuard drainage system to catch additional water to drain away.

This customer's basement wall had cracks that allowed water to leak in, causing mold and mildew to grow.
